The Commission in a press release “it is important to note that a few persons submitted wrong ID card numbers. Unfortunately, those people were not reflected on the special voters register as their ID cards were invalid”

The Commission, however, urged  Ghanaians to dismiss deception being sold via online media with respect to the special voting which is scheduled for Tuesday 1st December 2020.

“We wish to place on record that the contents of this video are false, baseless and unfounded and we call upon the General public to disregard the said video”
